SAV has always shown its commitment to equal opportunities and with the elaboration of Equality Plan II it has shown a strong commitment in establishing equality between men and women as a principle of the organization’s conduct. Within the measures set out in the plan, approved in December 2014, the creation of a mailbox of equality has been established.
The Equality Mailbox is a channel for the participation of all workers and SAV staff, as well as for any citizen, which facilitates the generation of ideas and contributions in order to ensure equal opportunities between men and women, improve working methods and conditions along with the reconciliation of work, personal and family life.
